Not really. As you may recall from your citizenship review course, it takes a 2/3 Senate vote to convict after a House vote to impeach.

On Article I:

67 votes were needed.

45 Republicans voted to convict.

10 Republicans voted not to convict.

No Democrats voted to convict (now there's a partisan statement).

Votes weren't there, regardless of the 10 Republican "no" votes.
