60 years ago USA president sign some paper that was called "international law " during last 60 years
This "international law " did not prevent united Arab forces from Egypt Syria Jordan Libya attacking Israel
That "international law " did prevent united Arab states to impose trade embargo on Israel
it did not stopped massacres of Muslims Yugoslavia or genocide Rwanda and Kampuchea it did not stop Soviets from occupation of Czechoslovakia, Poland, Afghanistan, Hungary
no invasion of China and SU in to what now called South Korea.
bla bla bla you can continue
"international law " is not a bullshit story it is nothing
Since this "international law "
failed absolutely during last 60 years; balance of power changed completely, military technology developed a great deal I do not see any reason
for USA take this "international law " into consideration when conducting its policy.
