You are right that Qualcomm restricted its take on its share of BREW-related revenue. I confirmed a long time ago that the company, indeed, had been taking no revenue at the time. When I asked on the G&K thread more recently if we have confirmation that Qualcomm is now deriving revenue rather than giving it up, I don't think we were able to come up with confirmation one way or the other. However, we found it difficult to believe that at the present rate of adoption that Qualcomm would not at least be taking some portion if not all of its contractual share of the revenue.

So, having said all that, does anybody have absolute confirmation from a public Qualcomm source that the company is indeed taking all or part of its rightful share of BREW revenue?
