I track the Canadian drug situation closely, since I get my prescriptions from there (no insurance). The Canadians themselves are talking about not exporting to the US, because the demand is beginning to impact the supply for their own citizens. I'm sure the drug companies are creating shortages, since they can make a lot more money selling the drugs here. So, I'm not sure a bill would help.
