I've had them burned, frozen and cut. The old wisdom was if the kid is pale burn him. I worked in a basement during the summer then outside to caddy and mow yards. Got burned until I bled from no skin left. That did hurt.

I had a friend who had a pimple on his shoulder. Big healthy farmer. That pimple killed him in one month and he had the best of care.
