Solon,

I have not been here in a good while but something suddenly dawned on me that I would like comments on.

I now think that the base root formula of physics has a variable in it. That variable could be called the "mutant" variable. Perhaps there to provide the ability to adapt. Change might be a better word. There are adaptations after change that we normally accept as progress. I am not sure "continued existence" can be called progress but that is another subject.

This variable, at the base root level, would allow for very small changes that grow into epic shifts. These shifts would answer the question of "Pre-determination". The ripple affect causing waves of differing outcomes as time passes.

This is a new thought and I am still working on it. My first problem is why is a variable actually needed?. But then the reverse is just as good, "Why not have a variable?". I do not want to think of it as a universal rounding error but I have no real problem at the moment in accepting the idea it may be needed. Just have not put my finger on that yet.

Maybe some help from the group here.

Thanks

boots

PS. I have part of it. If there was not a variable that cause non-determined outcomes then there would be no existence. The outcomes would have long ago been reduced to the lowest common denominator and as all became one-ness existence would evitually cease (in a black hole perhaps). The final outcome of no action to create a reaction is, NO ACTION.
