I agree that it is time to buy semis and semi equipment makers.
But... not all of them. They are all under-valued but I would
stick to companies with proprietary technology and not shrinking
prices. I would also take a longer term approach. I don't think
that there will be a significant move up in the near-term. If one
did, I would look to take profits and to get back in later. Some
the more interesting ones include: TNCR(obviously), UTEK, XLNX,
ALTR, ATML (Equipment makers with technological advantages and
programable memory chip makers). I would start to look at others
when market (stocks & chip prices) conditions get better.
