Hello everyone: I just bought in today at 0.30. Interesting company -- a real nice spec. play. Somebody please confirm my line of thinking. There are 88,000,000 out there which gives a market cap of $26,400,000. The company has $10,000,000 in working capital plus two great partnerships with Echo Bay (who bought 15.7% of the company last year for $2.46 per share) and Newmont Gold. To top it all off Fidelity Funds own 13.2% of the company for which they paid $1.50-2.60 per share. The reason that I have bought though, is that insiders, after dumping shares last year at +$2 per share have recently started to buy back shares in the +0.40 range. All these good things are offset by the fact that the mine will only be profitable if gold is over $370 per oz. This high cost will decrease if additional reserves are firmed up. I really like this stock and took a small toehold of 20,000 shares today. Anyone have any thoughts? Good luck, Tim
