Dragon (DRUB.OB) announced their proposed merger today. The other (larger) and previously undisclosed Chinese company is the holding company of Shanxi Weiqida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd: biz.yahoo.com DRUG.OB would keep its structure and attempt to list on more senior US stock exchanges. What an odd company: a U.S. company, operating in China and abroad, headquartered in Canada. What will they think of next? gb
