Thanks and it also points out how shortsighted we were after the gulf war when prices sank to such low levels that we became a nation of hummers. Question back then what could bush 41 and clinton have done to encourage production of alternate sources of energy and lessen dependence on foreign oil without " top-down edicts from Federal bureaucrats?" mike
