The John Kerry You Need To Know!

By JB Williams (06/07/2004)

It’s ludicrous to listen to Teddy Kennedy talk about courage, honor, responsibility or decency. The man has spent his entire life running from his own skeletons. It’s ridiculous to hear Al Gore recklessly spew partisan hatred about anyone else’s reckless behavior, having come from the most reckless and deceitful administration in US history. And with a 20 year record in the senate, 30 years in the public eye, it’s imbecilic to consider John Kerry circa 2004 anything less than a complete fraud!

The 2004 election is about much more than the Economy, Iraq, Terrorism, Foreign Relations, or Social Services. It’s literally about the future of our country, the survival of our core principles, and you can not rely on unprincipled people to protect and preserve a nation built entirely upon its moral values.

Historic economic growth resulting from the Bush tax cuts is quickly removing the Economy from the election debate. In terms of Foreign Relations, America has never abandoned its friends in their time of need, our friends abandoned us. Terrorism has been growing around the globe for decades. It won’t be cleaned up in one year, one administration, or probably even one decade, but it will be “hawks” that clean it up, not “doves”.

This time, it’s not “the Economy stupid”; it’s our survival as a free sovereign nation. We can never steal enough from the “rich” to pay for the endless demand for Social Services promised by the DNC in their efforts to buy votes from people they have trained to rely on the government for their every need.

So the DNC and John Kerry hope to make this election a “referendum” on Iraq. With the help of a complicit liberal media, they have targeted Iraq as their best opportunity to regain power. Even Kerry, Gore and Pelosi understand that war, intelligence gathering, and fighting the threat of terrorism, is fluid, not a game of absolutes. Yet they hope to convince voters that the 1% that has not gone exactly as planned, is of more consequence than the 99% that has gone better than planned.

Lazy voters, many of whom are completely ignorant on such topics, make an easy target for the DNC and a liberal media who spends 24/7 on the 1% negative, leaving the 99% positive completely unreported.

True socialists, people who see America as the evil empire (like George Soros), are happy to exploit the fact that many voters in America haven’t had an original thought concerning politics in their lifetime, dependent completely upon Dan Rather or Tom Brokaw for their every thought.

But since Dan and Tom won’t tell you the truth, here are the real facts concerning Iraq…

Though Kerry often uses Bush Sr.’s Desert Storm as an example of how to do it right in 2004, here is what he said in 1991 during that effort. “I voted in favor of a resolution that would have insisted that economic sanctions be given more time to work and against a resolution giving the president the immediate authority to go to war” January 22, 1991. Nine days later on January 31, 1991, he said this, “From the outset of the invasion, I have strongly and unequivocally supported President Bush's response to the crisis and the policy goals he has established with our military deployment in the Persian Gulf”. (Oddly enough, he said these two opposite things to the same person in response to two separate letters).

In this example, Kerry also chooses not to mention the fact that France, (the single vote that blocked UN support for Operation Iraqi Freedom, was also the single vote that blocked UN support for Operation Desert Storm in 1991. France agreed only after Hussein invaded Kuwait and was amassing troops on the Saudi border, and even then, only to ejecting Hussein from Kuwait leaving the brutal dictator in power which led to the starvation of thousands of innocent Iraqi children while Kerry’s UN friends illegally profited from the oil for food program.

On November 12, 1997, Kerry said “where's the backbone of Russia, where's the backbone of France?” concerning their blatant disregard for Hussein’s illegal actions.

On February 23, 1998 Kerry said, “It is a threat with respect to the potential of terrorist activities on a global basis” concerning “Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction programs” which he spoke about again on October 9, 1998.

On September 6, 2002 Kerry said, “If Saddam Hussein is unwilling to bend to the international community's already existing order, then he will have invited enforcement, even if that enforcement is mostly at the hands of the United States, a right we retain even if the Security Council fails to act”.

On October 9, 2002 Kerry said “I will be voting to give the President of the United States the authority to use force-- if necessary-- to disarm Saddam Hussein because I believe that a deadly arsenal of weapons of mass destruction in his hands is a real and grave threat to our security”.

Kerry went on to say, “The threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is real”, that “He has had a free hand for 4 years to reconstitute these weapons” and that “The Iraqi regime's record over the decade leaves little doubt that Saddam Hussein wants to retain his arsenal of weapons of mass destruction and to expand it to include nuclear weapons. We cannot allow him to prevail in that quest”.

On January 23, 2003 Kerry said, “Without question, we need to disarm Saddam Hussein” because “the threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is real”.

On September 14, 2003 Kerry said, “I don’t think any United States senator is going to abandon our troops” as he prepared to vote against the $87 Billion needed to equip our troops with the very materials he would later complain that they lacked and desperately needed.

On December 15, 2003 Kerry changed his story to “Iraq may not be the war on terror itself, but it is critical to the outcome of the war on terror, and therefore any advance in Iraq is an advance forward in that”.

By January 30, 2004, now candidate John Kerry shifted his story to “I think there has been an exaggeration” (meaning by the Bush administration) going on to say “They are misleading all Americans in a profound way”.

On April 27, 2004, Kerry said “George Bush sold us on going to war with Iraq based on the threat of weapons of mass destruction” ignoring his own statements on the topic.

At last, candidate Kerry has come full circle, aligning himself and his story with that of the anti-Bush, anti-war, and yes, anti American left whose support he desperately needs in order to be elected President of these United States.

On May 13, 2004 Kerry said “I will fight a more effective war on terror because I would never have thrown out of the door or window the obligations of the Geneva Conventions”, but April of 1971 he said “I committed the same kinds of atrocities as thousands of others in that I shot in free fire zones, used harassment and interdiction fire, joined in search and destroy missions, and burned villages”.

On February 18, 1970 Kerry said “I’m an internationalist. “I’d like to see our troops dispersed through the world only at the directive of the United Nations” and on March 8, 2004 candidate Kerry said his foreign friends (France) privately told him “'You've got to win this, you've got to beat this guy, we need a new policy”, clearly more concerned with world opinion than American sovereignty.

I’ve got news for Mr. Kerry, “we” the international community don’t run this damn country, “we” the people of America do!

Contrary to DNC rhetoric, John Kerry is NOT strong on defense, he is NOT strong on national sovereignty, he is NOT strong on honorable moral principles, he is only strong on BULLS**T!

He is good at only two things, pandering for votes and marrying rich women! He is no less than a complete fraud!

The American people have a right to know what kind of individual John Kerry is, why the men who served with him in combat won’t support his candidacy, and why he is unfit for the office of President.

The American people also have an obligation to protect and preserve American principles and values. No matter your opinion on George Bush, the Economy, Terrorism, or Iraq, John Kerry is NOT suitable for the most powerful position on earth. He is a complete utter fraud!
