Tighten the no fly zone restrictions. Bring Putin to the Ranch - work on him. Feed him some ribs. Let Tony Blair loose on the French and the Germans. Pressure the Japanese to contribute $20B for WOT - use some of the money to go on worldwide PR campaign to take down Saddam. Sell out Taiwan to get the Chinese vote. Do not object to Israel sending in SWAT team to get Saddam and offspring. Let Blair of Arabia set up offshore Iraqi government in exile. Work to shore up UNSC (sub rosa) - to include Germany, Japan and India - with the proviso they know who their sponsor is and get control of the UN. For starters <ggggg>
