Iraq is a quagmire until we can safely pull out 2/3rds of our troops. That means already a year, plus additional years coming up. Kerry can however mobilize the world to come to our aid and truly make Iraq a semi-peaceful country. However there is no guarantee that a government more or less as bad as Saddam's will not be in power soon. It's basically a big fat pandora's box Bush opened. Thanks a lot, GW.
