Ray, you apparently didn't read our report. Nor are you aware of the boom in the aviation industry. The stock is trading just off its 52 week high. The merger makes the stock more of a bargain. The insiders will own a large chunk of the combined company as opposed to a small amount of inside ownership in LUNN right now. The synergies between the two companies are outlined in our report. The recent licensing agreement and the new financing are other favorable factors. There is no reason for LUNN shares to go down right now. Sergio
