This is the same data as the last post, but this time it is sorted by percent change of changes in analysts mean target prices. Note there is not much correlation(if any) between analysts target prices and actual changes. For instance, in the first position in the table, the mean target price for MTSN was raised from 13.50 to 20.50, a change of 52 percent while the actual performance went from 14.26 to 9.24, a loss of 30 percent.
