Cal, I can only speculate on your questions. There's just not enough information (as usual) to be sure. Perhaps others can shed some light on these matters.

WRT your first question...

"DMX paid ~~$50mm usd for a near bankrupt company. Why? To save it from a creditor? To save its investment?"

A few possible reasons:

(1) The real potential in WF10, as verified by Dr. Pugen, previous trials, and the testimonials of many users both professional and otherwise, posted here.

(2) As you suggest, to save its investment.

(3) Badly-mistaken assumptions about the financial health of Dimethaid itself.

[Interestingly, the document puts the lie to the story making the rounds that Dr. Kuehne deceived Dimethaid about the status of Oxo Chemie and WF10. Quite clearly, the only thing sustaining Oxo Chemie was Dimethaid's investment. If the trial - and subsequent data - was incompletely funded by Oxo Chemie, then in reality it was incompletely funded by Dimethaid.

Dimethaid claimed to have done due diligence, over several months, on Oxo Chemie - and your post substantiates that management knew, very well, what the status was.

Claims of innocent management ignorance, being passed around investor forums, have no justification.]

The second question, about potential tax-loss savings to the company, have been posted by others. I have no explanation as to why management hasn't used this resource, especially when they're claiming to be in dire financial straits (as usual).

New management, opening the books, and reading the files, will probably answer many questions that have been bothering investors for years.

Regards,

Jim
