Boy, I am going to have to get some of this and go on the paleolithic diet (Curcumin/turmeric--Curcuma longa) Message 20049085 Blueberries and cranberries, garlic--these foods keep popping up don't they? I don't know about eating a lot of kale, cauliflower, leek and horseradish. Leeks okay, don't care for the rest. Broccoli I can eat, already do twice a week. This paleolithic hunter gatherer thing is going to get some googling for sure. Lots of hype and nonsense, might take a few minutes to refine my search <g>.
