I have felt that McCain senses a possibility that Bush will not run again should certain facts be brought forth in the public eye. Bush may suddenly turn into a GOP liability and have to drop out ( Valerie PLame type information of being supportive to treason).

McCain wants to remain an option to Bush and he is wise to do that...............I might vote for him. But I would certainly support him 100% as a VP candidate on the Kerry ticket.

Bush might implode but He will likely cover up any wrongdoing and remain the choice of the GOP base.

McCain as VP with Kerry would ensure himself a place in history................they would win hands down!!!!

McCain has his chance to change this country he loves..............I hope he acts on the opportunity.

The only way he loses is if he knows there is a fix in 2004.
