(Homebuilders) I guess I see 2 fundi possibilities that they could:

1) Spike in int. rates over last few months scared/pull forward some demand, so lower rates won't help much short-term (before heading back up). And indeed, if like tech late 90's, the last few years has pulled forward demand, well...

2) Stocks forecast "usually" forecast months ahead (demand conditions), not coincidental.

Having said, who really know (that's why we use the technicals) and since you are now 'the judge', I'll let you make the call! g
