No, I didn't catch the debate, but I can well imagine what Harper would try to say -- he's frantically trying to gloss over his past stupidity. He entirely blew his credibility with me over Iraq. He reminded me of some overzealous little hawk going nuts at the sight of a stuffed rabbit. I think Joe Clark was right on with his comments about SH being the devil we don't know. Also, there's something disconcerting about him that reminds me greatly of our smarmy past-premier of Ontario, Mike Harris (a.k.a. Mr. Destructo). Anyhow, no way that SH is getting my vote. I'd vote for my local NDP candidate, but in my riding, he hasn't got a hope in hell of winning. I expect I'll grit my teeth and vote Liberal and hope that enough others do the same -- better the devil we know....
