I am very skeptical of the Bull to Bear surveys as everyone knows what a high Bearish(or Bullish) reading means. Just another chance for people to skew the data on purpose for their own agendas, which is why I would much rather just see what people are actually doing with their money.

Also, once something becomes very widely followed, its accuracy as a prognosticator can diminish over time.
