Reporting issuers are now required to disclose under the Continuous Disclosure obligations National Instrument 51-102 Part 11 actual voting results for each of the proposals submitted to shareholders. The report must be done promptly and disclosed under a special section on Sedar. I hope the Dissident group has a hawk watching (scrutinizing) over the scrutineer at the AGM. LOL
