We are fortunate that the new securities disclosure rules have come into effect.

Its too bad it didn't happen earlier to catch the OXO “Significant Acquisitions” disclosure. The new rules, amoung other requirements, would have required 2 years of OXO f/s and disclosure must be filed within 75 days of completion of the "significant acquisition."

I recall the DMX due dilligience on OXO took longer than expected. In retrospect, why for?
