Look Kerry just said that people "making" more than $200,000 a year are not paying their fair share under Bush. $15 million dollars is more $200,000. Obviously Bush tax cuts are responsible for the existence of tax free bonds. Kerry must be saying he is closing that Bush loophole. Or is Kerry really lying about the $200,000 because the rich don't actually work JOBs like you and me.
