Well obviously but as with most things it is much easier to say than to do. You accept 90nm production as a given. Watching IBM's continuous stumbling at 90nm shows how hard doing SOI can be. AMD will still have to overcome whatever it is that is limiting volumes on 130nm. It's not theoretical capacity so the remaining choices aren't too pleasant.

How many Intel FABS dedicated to PC Processors, how many wafers per week?

How many AMD FABs, wafers?
