Jack. >>Toast, anyone?<< Well, my friend. Couple of things. First, I'm hopefully at the "front of the line" tommorow (after some armtwisting of my broker at Merrill Lynch). I TRIED to get in with the institutions for some after hour action on Instanet, but NO CIGAR. Even ML could'nt pull "that one" off for me.
That's for the 2000 shares I picked up at 6 7/8 3 weeks ago (which I shudda dumped at 9 1/4 last week). I have it booked for a 6 7/8 or better complete "dump" at market open.
So, with Gods help, I'll make a couple of grand profit, if I can get out quick enough at 9:30AM (not counting what the open is obviously). So, we're OK there [I think]. The balance of my position now "absolutely" sits and waits till 10/97 - like in "It's TAX LOSS offset selling time". So, that part's in place.
As far as the rest of this sh*t company goes. It's f*cking DEAD!
Now, perhaps we'll see IBM and come in pick up the pieces.
Now, perhaps we'll see JIM TOLONEN, the CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER F*CKUP SUPREME OF NOVELL, INC. "OUT ON HIS F*CKING A$$".
Now perhaps, we'll see the BRAIN DEAD BOARD OF DIRECTORS OUT ON THEIR RESPECTIVE F*CKING A$$E$ like we ALL wanted back in April (and before for that matter).
But, like you say --- IT'S "TOAST TIME!".
