Who has built a commercial CDMA system and then come back and built another unaffiliated system? And, even if the system did not meet its original expectations, if it is no worse than the alternative i.e. GSM would it not make sense to stick with CDMA to negate the need for duplicative spares inventory and training, to increase volumes to help bring down the price for the installed technology and, perhaps most important of all, not make the CEO look stupid?
