Maybe they don't even need jail-time, Seach. Of course in cases where some sadistic woman goes out to get pregnant so that she might murder the child to fulfill some macabre fantasy, we might consider very harsh punishment (or a rubber room). But most women perhaps ought not see time at all, since there are likely extenuating circumstances in their murder cases that would cause us to show mercy. We might sentence them to counseling and/or public service. I think, however, that the hit man, the murderer for hire, the abortionist, should be forced to pay justice to the highest extent.
