Sergio: I beleave that the convertion is ONE share of the Combined Company for Ten shares of the current LUNN. Correct? Ray: You should not have such a bad feeling towards us! WE alerted many to this stock. The price was Rising Before Us and After us!! You should THANK us, for helping. I can see that it is very tempting to sell LUNN if you got in at under $1.00, as many did. The FACT is though, FEW are selling LUNN shares and MANY are BUYING. Funny that you held your shares for so long, and now have contempt for us. You even said yourself that LUNN is very under valued. BYE!
