OT .. elmerp, I'd rather you restated your entire sentence, but after cutting, pasting, and editing .. I guess you're saying you should have said ... "This is a good thing and I think that when shareholders calm down they'll realize that there isn't any credible means of valuing [ed: employee stock options]. " If that's correct, my reply is ... How can $0 be a credible value? Also, I consider "I know... It's the darndest thing... flippant. It indicates to me you aren't seriously interested in solving the apparent conundrum. Ron
