No, you wrote it incorrectly, and did so with purpose (to help the stock fall and cover a huge out of the money short position which could scarcely wait any longer), IMHO. Gee, how consistently your beloved suits against Terayon are aimed to protect shareholders (lol). But you'll never admit that words mean things, re your "Terayons products are based solely on S-CDMA" Pretty good quote from memory, eh? False when you wrote it, False now. LOL Dan B.
