No, the author said women tend to be more liberal, liberal management, carrying the torch of diversity, wrongheadededly thought "gender and race" rather than DIVERSITY OF THOUGHT. Proving the myopic thinking of the biased, leftist rag merchants.

You hire more women, you hire more liberals. And when myopic liberals are doing the hiring, well....you get a biased media. Expect in the mind of the liberals. These egocentric liberal minds cannot grasp the notion of alternative thought.

That's why they explain away conservatives as evil, or as did, inferior.

Simple really.
