You think we can apply the same to Bush who started campaigning since the day he took office.

Could it be that much of the Senate business can be conducted by telecommuting with the authors of those bills which affect the constituents.

We have got to put ourselves in the mold of thinking in terms of the modern age of the Internet, videoconferencing, faxes etc. Even the debates are now conducted with the candidates' appearance by satellites.
