The right wing, both in the US and Canada, have been instituting vicious tax cuts. I say vicious because they primarily benefit the rich and are ALWAYS accompanied by cutbacks in what the poor need most, i.e. education, health and public transportation. I personally benefit from these tax cuts, but I don't go around saying that I have received a just reward for my greed. There is a cult that the rich are holy; prostitute professors of business admin. or economics are hired to say grateful prayers to the heroic rich. The latter start to believe that they really are great people. The real great people are the inventors.
