Yes, we give them that much every year anyway. Perhaps we could revisted the policy at some point in the future. I'm certainly not happy at all with all the money we give away around the world, considering all the pending projects at home, and the fact that the money could be returned in the form of tax cuts. But, as a reward for finally coming to a peace settlement, we should fork it over. It would certainly be interesting to see what would happen if the U.S. did withold that $4 Billion from Isreal. I don't think Isreal could survive without it. Like most things in life, money rules, I think Isreal would rethink their policies really quickly if they were suddenly $4 Billion in the hole.
