Ron - You ducked my first question with a flippant response. In case you didn't realize it, your first question was flippant. Flippant question, flippant response. Why do option writers on exchange markets insist on receiving money, but ESO writers -- companies -- insist that ESOs should be valued at $0? Because they don't agree with the proposed method of determining valuation.
