So at Fox News and Newsmax, they look for conservative bias in their reporters then?

Possibly, as these medium SEEK to be an alternative to the liberal dominated media. The rest of the media hires liberals automatically as they see their point of view as being the only one worthy of comment anyways. BTW, I'm glad to see your honest enough to grant that there is indeed bias in the major media. Most liberals are not so honest.

Not really, there are big barriers to entry, in particular in newspapers, for a major market paper.

Could it be there is no market for conservative bias?

I believe most people just want the news, period. But Fox News is a phenomenom born out of the desire for people to not be subjected to extreme liberal bias, all the time, everywhere.
