robert, wasn't trying to be overly critical of your analysis...just didn't want you to be set up for a disappointment if MRV isn't profitable this quarter, as your analysis suggested! <G> as for TXN...if you look at the comparable size of operations, it's pretty clear why they can have lower SG&A percentages than MRV. good luck with your "re-visited" investment in MRV.
