i'll be pleased with (0.03), as well.

keep in mind that JDSU only sells components (stream-lined sales), and they certainly don't maintain the 3rd party arrangements that MRV has. look at EXTR and FDRY (since MRV also sells switches) and average their SG&A's. then average that number, with say, STLW (only because someone else mentioned that as a component company today, and it's small). i'll be willing to wager the average SG&A would be near or above 30%.

also, in the defense of MRV's SG&A, they've been spending a lot of time and effort in re-branding and selling themselves to OEM's, etc....
