PS - after reading through it again, It seems that (for me personally) I have to either invest a minimum of $25,000 at the advice of a broker OR claim myself to be a friend of a company insider.

The second one is not true. As far as the first one is concerned, someone a while back posted that the minimum investment would be $2,500 (if I recall rightly). If it's $25,000 then I fold. From the beginning, however, the company has asked and known how many shares I intended to buy which is less than $25,000-worth. If they had known that all along, why didn't they inform me at the time that I did not qualify? Maybe I just had to get the form and see it myself. Dunno.
