HI Kastel.... was in US the last two weeks... Detroit, "Downsize this"-Flint, Dearborn, Cleveland, NY state...´And I felt like dumping it all and just driving over the bridge - like @ Niagara Falls - and come home. But I guess that's not the subject of it all... Re "We need a party with an eye to the public good but fiscally responsible" - it's all the dialectics of big-time politics. Pretty much the same thing like Marie Antoinette ("No bread? Huh...Let them eat cookies") and some other gal who suggested we should have our cake and eat it too. In any case, beware the fast talking devils... It's all a question of verbalizing or materializing the essence of the electorate's wishes, longings, fears ... without turning into a pied piper ("...which target group need do I have to adress now as well...") dj PS: ... and after being so close to my Ontario, hey, I need another chance (sg).
