I'm not so sure that a falling unemployment rate tells us a lot. Many folks have moved to working jobs below their skill level, or are working two "manufacturing jobs" at Burger King." The Bush administration was actually proposed re-classifying burger cooks as manufacturing jobs. The unemployment rate is an estimate, largely based on UI claims. Orca
