But then if he is handed over to the Iraqi authorities they will have to deal with him carefully. There may ne many who are angry with him. But would they want him hanged. They may not out of fear that it may unleash a wave of violence from the Saddam Fedayeens, who are also disenchanted with the new situation where they have lost their individual importance and power.
