As I've said, I'm no lawyer and I don't know all the facts in the case, but at the very least it seems that the meat supplier (Vons) should share in the losses that Foodmaker suffered. And I agree that a jury will remember the most recent meat supplier problem and realize that Foodmaker was not entirely to blame for the incidents.

Anybody have a hamburger at Burger King lately?
