No GW is not on the blame list. Down the road if Pakistani nukes do fall under terrorist hands then history will blame him - bitterly. More so than Clinton.

PS: GWB administration condone the nuclear proliferation that Pakistan has engaged in. Something conveniently being overlooked for now. Down the road some 9-11 type hearings will prove this to be our undoing.
