PDYN continues to counter-trend the market 9:23AM Paradyne selected by Russian co for first universal broadband service in Russia (PDYN) 4.78: Co announced that Russian mega-regional telecommunications carrier JSC Dalsvyaz has selected PDYN's DSL access equipment for deployment of IP-based broadband services to business and residential subscribers. JSC Dalsvyaz is a subsidiary of Svyaznivest - one of the world's largest telecommunications companies - and is one of seven incumbent carriers in Russia, providing service throughout Russia's Far East. Dalsvyaz has begun deployment of 15,000 lines of DSL using PDYN's Broadband Access Concentrators and DSL modems.
