"...it is hard to think of any more deadening than political uncertainty, an unpopular war, and the lingering threat of a major terrorist action." and if anything news on the political side has gotten worse since i said that months ago. What happens to the market and more specifically to our sector it there is an (a) terror attack in the US, (b) worsening iraq news (c) major oil disruption and (d)a democrat in the WH. For (d) folks are getting used to this possiblity because this admin is not engendering confidence at this point so imo who becomes pres is a wash.. But A & B & C are three wildcards dampening what should be a bull market. Mike PS Why do semis do worse that other groups in this environment???
