Nice points. Also note that for awhile, SPCT tried to "take the high road" on price, expecting that their product would command a big premium. It does command a premium, but not as much as SPCT had initially suspected. SPCT has gotten much more aggressive on pricing during last six months, giving up some margin for market share, especially in sub-1 GHz cellular amplifier market. I think there will also be some increase in the use of high linearity multicarrier tunable amplifiers as time goes by. RBS designers have been hesitant to totally trust this format as opposed to single carrier amplifiers (which are more expensive and bulky solution) but as SPCT has improved the product and it gets field proven multicarrier will definitely be the way to go.
