Just talked to my friend Tim today. Heard his brother in law has moved to Northbrook into a 650,000 dollar home. I'm like, What!?, this is the same brother in law of his that was asking me interviewing and salary negotiating advice about 2 years ago (advice he never took, he never changed jobs). I know for a fact he makes 40K a year(Tim told me), has 2 kids, and his wife stays at home. He did sell his house in Cicero for a 100K profit, according to Tim. Incredible.
