FEELING THE HEAT ON STOCK OPTION REFORM, CHIP GIANT [ed: INTEL] STARTS ADJUSTING PAY PRACTICES
sanluisobispo.com

Under the subheading "Shareholder movement," third paragraph:

"Intel has been fighting fiercely. Barrett has been lobbying for a compromise that would limit the expensing requirement to a company's top five executives. Barrett's proposal is now making its way through Congress."
